SCHEDULE A CALL

E-mail Us or fill out our Contact Form to the best of your ability and you will be contacted within 3 business days to set up a 15-minute discovery call where we’ll discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. We’ll share our process to determine if we’re a good fit for your project.

If we decide to move forward at the end of the call, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation to review your project in person.

LET’S MEET

At your 60-minute in-person consultation, a designer will meet with you to discuss your project and gather additional details and concerns so that we can prepare your custom proposal. While no design work is done at this meeting, it’s an important part of our process. Within 3 business days after your initial consultation, we will send you an estimate for your project. In the estimate, we will list all the tasks that need to be completed (typically by room).

FINALIZE THE DETAILS

Within 3 business days after the consultation, you’ll receive a customized proposal that outlines the scope, timeline, design hours, and details of your contract. If you agree to the estimate and you’re ready to move forward, you can sign the contract and submit your deposit to confirm your project on our design schedule.

If you are not happy with our estimate, there is no obligation.

Our Design Process

KICK OFF MEETING

Once the project scope has been defined and the contracts have been signed, we can start the design process with a kick-off meeting. During this 2-hour meeting, we’ll take measurements, review plans (if necessary), catalog existing furniture (if applicable), review inspiration images, and talk through the details that you’ve shared with us in your questionnaire.

PLANNING

During this phase we’ll prepare your floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to ensure the layouts will work for the way you live. This phase typically takes about 4 weeks or less depending on the size of the project.

DESIGN

Once all the layouts have been finalized, we will discuss and select necessary fixtures, finishes, and furniture for your space. You’ll enjoy a presentation to review samples, swatches, elevations, renderings, and detailed specifications for every item chosen for your home.

PROCUREMENT

Once the design has been approved and samples have been signed off on, we’ll send over invoices and quotes so that we can begin placing your orders with our vendors and suppliers to keep your project on track for completion.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We’ll coordinate any work to be done with your contractor or our trades as detailed in your design contract during this phase to ensure that everything is done properly. You’ll receive weekly updates, so you always know the status of your project.

INSTALLATION

Our favorite part! Our team will coordinate the furniture deliveries and be on-site on your installation day to make sure everything is perfect. We will bring along accessories to style your place that you’ll also have the option to purchase.
