If we decide to move forward at the end of the call, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation to review your project in person.
LET’S MEET
At your 60-minute in-person consultation, a designer will meet with you to discuss your project and gather additional details and concerns so that we can prepare your custom proposal. While no design work is done at this meeting, it’s an important part of our process.
FINALIZE THE DETAILS
Within 5 business days after your consultation, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining the scope, estimated design hours, and details of your project. If you’re ready to move forward, you can sign the contract and submit your deposit to confirm your project on our design schedule.
Our Design Process
KICK OFF MEETING
Once your project scope is defined and your agreement is in place, we’ll begin with a project kickoff. We’ll review your goals and questionnaire in greater detail, document the space, take necessary measurements, and gather the information needed to begin planning your project.
PLANNING
We begin by developing the foundation of your project. Depending on the scope, this may include space planning, floor plans, elevations, cabinetry layouts, and 3D renderings to establish function, flow, and overall direction before moving into detailed selections.
DESIGN
With the overall direction established, we develop the details of your space, from fixtures, finishes, materials, and furnishings to lighting, custom elements, and finishing touches. You’ll receive a thoughtfully developed presentation that brings the selections together and allows us to refine and finalize the design before moving forward.
PROCUREMENT
Once selections are approved, our team manages the purchasing and procurement process for applicable furnishings, fixtures, materials, and custom pieces. We coordinate with our vendors and suppliers, track orders, and manage the details needed to keep your project moving forward.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Throughout implementation, our team oversees the moving parts of your project, coordinating schedules, trades, deliveries, construction, and installation as applicable to your scope. For renovation and design-build projects, AG Interiors can manage construction execution as part of a cohesive process from design through completion.
INSTALLATION & COMPLETION
As your project comes together, our team coordinates the final details, from furnishings and window treatments to styling, finishing work, and installation as applicable to your project. Our goal is a thoughtfully completed space that feels cohesive, polished, and ready to enjoy.
